Q. How do I play the instant win game?: A. If you have Flash installed on your computer, follow the on-screen instructions on the game page to find out if you won. If you do not have Flash, you will automatically be taken to a page to see if you are a potential winner. Having Flash will not increase your chance of winning. If you are a potential winner, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your prize.
Q. How do I enter the contest?: A. After playing the instant win game, you will have an opportunity to enter the contest through the Flash gallery. You can enter the contest during the submission phase between May 17, 2009 and June 28, 2009. You can submit a maximum of three (3) entries. See Official Rules for complete details.
Q. How do I earn chances to win?: A. You can earn a instant win game play by registering once for the promotion and for each day you log in to the promotion. You may also receive the chance to play the Instant Win Game by submitting an entry into the Contest, voting for your favorite entry, and telling friends about the Promotion. During the Submission Phase of the Contest, you can earn one (1) instant win game play per entry (limit 3). During the voting phase of the contest, for each vote that you cast, you will receive one (1) instant win game play (limit 1 per day). See Official Rules for complete details.

Q. How many times could I win a prize?: A. One Instant Win game prize and contest prize per person. See the Official Rules for complete details.
Q. Why can’t I use my P.O. Box address on the registration form?: A. Our shipping service cannot ship any prizes to a P.O. Box, so if you’re identified as a winner, we’d need to send the prize to your home. Also, your home address allows us to identify your residence for eligibility purposes.
Q. I won the Instant Win game, but never received my email with more details. What should I do?: A. To ensure you receive emails, add fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to your address book. Learn how. Fill out the form below to let us know you didn’t receive your win email.
Q. How old do I have to be to participate?: A. According to the Official Rules, you must be at least 18 to participate in this promotion.
